The most interesting joint project happened in Vietnam, where we are stuck in 2020 after the start of the coronavirus pandemic. It was a whole series of works, a series of works in the resort town of Mui Ne. Murals on the walls of the food court and the surrounding clubs, cafes and restaurants that have transformed the city's main tourist thoroughfare. These works combined Vietnamese national symbols and Asian flavor with a sea resort theme, while being executed in the European artistic tradition, and also emphasized the profiles of the establishments. The drawings successfully fit into the traditional Vietnamese architecture and have become inimitable unique symbols of this place, a favorite place for photos of visiting tourists.

Task
Creation of a fresco 8 meters long and 3 meters high. The main idea is a plane that crashed in a fabulously beautiful place. The passengers survived and settled in the jungle by the sea. Your own paradise on the wreckage of the catastrophe.

About
The complexity of the project lay in the scale. We Divided the work into 3 visual parts. The center is the destroyed plane itself, like a metaphor for the past. On the left, this is part of a knocked together House with a window in the jungle, as a symbol of the fact that even after the catastrophe it survived. And the rightmost part is a piece of tropical paradise where a person rides a kite surf, a symbol of the future and the ability to accept the joy of life. The main focus of this composition is the silhouette of a whale visible in the clouds illuminated by sunset rays.

Creating a large wall art to tame the space in an open-air cafe.

About
And imagine what would happen if, having opened the door of your own house, you would immediately find yourself on the railway tracks. Such a street exists in the expanses of Vietnamese Hanoi. It was this tourist attraction that served as the basis for this mural on the wall of the PIT STOP food court.
With my friend and creative ally Maria Zaslavskaya, we divided the wall into 2 parts and painted it, combining it into 1 picture. Mary has my left side on the right side. Despite the fact that two artists worked, the work looks whole and harmonious, and most importantly, it expresses a bright idea.

About
The choice of colors and brights make it the perfect place to fuel up before a kite session, fuel up after a long day at the beach, or just relax with friends. Shades of light blue and blue in contrasting support for an accent. For additional decoration of the interior, 4 panels were created in the form of a small surfboard with images to support the theme of the drawings on the wall.

Creating a drawing in the chill zone next to the pool at the beach club.

About
The bosena area is a place to relax and dine during the day and part of the lounge area in the club at night. For her, the image of Asian girls in flirtatious and frivolous nude poses was selected. The ladies are half-naked, but due to the style used, these drawings seem to be something artistic, not defiant. I reworked and used the style of one of the most famous artists of the early 20th century, the representative of expressionism Amedeo (Iedidia) Clemente Modigliani. Amedeo's paintings, made in the nude genre, are considered the pearl of his creative heritage.

Creating a pattern on flexible roller shutters for a bakery and dessert shop.

About
In such a tourist place as Mui Ne, there should be a bakery with delicious cakes, so a couple of our Ukrainian friends thought. But in order to make it clear from the road even during non-working hours that this is a bright, memorable place with delicious confectionery, it was decided to draw a picture on the roller shutters that cover the premises of the outlet. The design was chosen in the style of a French pastry display case. Pastries and cakes became the taming display case, whose opening hours were marked on a painted fake door. The very bottom of the rolling shutter did not move all the way and was visible in the folded position, and became an addition to the main signboard with text in Vietnamese.

Task
Creation of drawings and paintings on household items.

About
Sometimes our projects did not differ in scale. It can be wall painting in the nursery with the client's favorite characters. We also made small drawings on motorcycle helmets for children and adults. There were also many orders for painting large objects to decorate them. Commercial design of street food carts and ice cream refrigerators coolers. Transferring the customer's logo to the wall in compliance with all proportions is also a very popular service. Even themed designs on old surfboards were popular.
Usually, Maria and I divided the orders in half, each doing one small job. But if the drawing was large-scale, we simply divided the area into hits and each one drew his own part.
